Fellowship-LMG’s Social Development Program
Episode 2 with Mr. Sohail Zindani on Raise Your Unique Child
After the success of Fellowship Episode 1, LMG launched Fellowship Episode 2 – Raise Your Unique Child an interactive session by Sohail Zindani sponsored by Jubilee Life Insurance. Gymboree was the supporting partner at the event and TLF was the Cause Partner. Mr. Sohail Zindani conducted a 1.5 hour session which attempted to achieve the following:
- Your child is significantly different from you.
- Identify the deep, permanent and unique “personality” of your child.
- Set “FREE” your Child’s Strengths and “STOP” Weaknesses.
- Power of Communication and Sharing.
- Understanding the perspective of Multiple Intelligence.
- Nurturing your Child for a blessed Future.
The session received a great response from parents and was attended by almost 140 participants.
IFC Business Edge – Training of Trainers 2015
LMG is proud to be a partner and training service provider of World Bank Business Edge courses in Pakistan. Organizations all over the world use Business Edge to enhance the performance of their SME partners, to build their own internal training capacity, to create dynamic training content, and to develop cross-cutting initiatives to drive their organizational strategy.
Internationally, around 500 trainers and 65 training providers are associated with Business Edge, and have used it to train more than 200,000 individuals across 56 countries.
The trainers at Learning Minds Group attended the IFC World Bank Training of Trainers program from 15th to 19th March at the Marriott Karachi with Master Trainer Mr. Rami Camel-Toueg and co-facilitator Mr. Sultan.
The extensive sessions were followed by specialized programs on Training Needs Assessment and Course Customization. Trainers also participated in training of Assessors.
Fellowship-LMG’s Social Development Program
Episode 1 with Mr. Javed Jabbar on Notion to Nation
Mr. Javed Jabbar had graciously accepted to be the guest speaker at their first Fellowship Event. Mr. Javed Jabbar is a writer, film maker, policy analyst, formal senator & federal minister. He gave a 45 minute session on the topic “From Notion to Nation.” In this session he took the audience on a trip from 1947-2015. He gave his opinion on what went wrong and what the citizens of Pakistan could do to revive the situation of their beloved country. The session ended with a 15 minute question/answer session.

Sohail Zindani Guest Speaker at PMI’s “PMI-KPC’s 112th Monthly Seminar & International Project Management Day Celebrations”
Sohail Zindani was invited to PMI’s 112th Monthly Seminar & International Project Management Day Celebrations on November 15th 2014. He spoke on “Managing by Walking Around.” Sohail Zindani talked about the science of going about a project. Sohail Zindani thinks that the art of managing projects comes by excelling the Managing by Walking Around concept.
The audience consisted of project managers and representatives from different companies.
